Along the eastern border of the map, just north of the Goatwind gates, there is an exclamation point (which indicates a quest). You will see a dancing person inside a yellow/orange circle with a number of creatures around him. Step inside the circle to "talk" to the person and he will ask you to kill 10 bears. When the quest starts, kill the creatures by any means necessary (you can butt stomp them if you have the 'Tank' mutator on). Stay in the area as they respawn.
Once you've killed 10, a green circle will appear around the person. Step into it and the words "I HATE BEARS" will pop up on the screen, signifying the quest is complete. When you see that, the achievement will unlock.
