Mission 1: Osiris

At the very beginning of the the first mission you will see a couple of Covenant pods to your right (one of them has a pair of Storm Rifles in it). Between them is a dead Unggoy Grunt. Press down to highlight the location. When you are standing close enough you will be prompted to press X to Access Data Pad and you will collect Unggoy Personal Log 005 - excerpt from the personal journal of Kibkib Yany.

Achievement is worth 10 Gamerscore.
