On any Armored Transport heist, find the plans that unlocks the Train heist.



On any of the transport contracts you have a random chance of opening a box that will have a manila envelope that can be picked up. This envelope contains plans for a bonus mission that you will do directly after you complete the transport mission. Upon picking up the envelope you will unlock the achievement.

You can easily farm this out by loading up normal transport contracts and burning through them restarting after you open the last box without an envelope. Also note that having the saw will speed this up drastically.
