Story-related and cannot be missed. This achievement unlocks after completing level 5 and picks up from the "Level 3" achievement solution.

Level 4

Look up and around to find a high platform with a white ladder on it. That's the end of the level, so use both the black and white platforms all around you to climb up, rememorizing them as needed. This is procedurally generated so you might get lucky or might have to jump around quite a bit. Once you get high enough, jump to the white ladder platform and touch it to finish the level.

Level 5

At the start of the level, walk backwards until the scene changes. Now you'll be in a sort of black and white town with houses. Walk forward and you'll start to see a giant black cog form in the background. Continue walking towards it and eventually walk through it to finish the level.
