Beat the final Boss in Finale Act. After beating the Giant Neighbor boss, run through next section and go through door. Imagery! After the kid starts running in fear run up the stairs. Stand in front of the kid so you're between him and the window so block the monster's attack, Now run back downstairs, and head through gap on left of stairs (facing them) through rooms then go to the back of the next window room to protect the kid who will fall in front of the bed. Head left and up the ladder, but turn around from the stairs to the next window room to block. Crouch to move (you're growing with each block) and turn to reach upper area opposite stairs going down, the drop down to window room on left from here for next block. Turn around, jump up rubble, then go up stairs for final block, and the achievement should pop afterwards.
