Restored the Obsolescence Day sign.


Go to Administration and look at the sign on the wall that says "Happy Obsolescence Day, Tacoma Crew". There will be several letters missing. You can find a few letters on the floor, one in the bathroom, and one downstairs. Don't forget to also correct the letter "E". Once they are all in their proper position, the achievement will unlock.
