Complete any mission but 'S.S.D.D.' and 'Endgame' without reloading weapons or using melee attacks.
This is easily completed on the mission "No Russian". Select it from the mission select menu and choose "Recruit" difficulty. As you walk through the airport, do not shoot your weapon.
Achievement is worth 30 gamerscore.
