Kill an enemy with the impact damage from a frag grenade to the head.
Do this on the mission The hornets nest, As the Mission starts follow the path and imediately go to the right. You see a guy to your left (small starway). Shoot him in the foot and you'll see him go into Last Stand (where they are down on the floor with a pistol in their hand). Now just going close to him and throw a grenade at his head
Achievement is worth 10 gamerscore.
