The Blender figurine is found on World 2-3. From the start of the level head right and stay to your right and then go up passing the sleeping co-worker, get a coffee and disable the computer. Then make your way straight down passed the second sleeping co-worker and get another coffee and disable the computer. Now go down the middle hallway between the starting of the level and the second computer you disabled to find the big book item. Now go back up and knockout the two co-workers in the hallway, make a right and knock the third co-worker that is inside the room with the window. The figurine is on top of the desk.
