The best bow for this is the legendary "Lucky Shot Compound Bow". You can craft it at a weapon workbench (requires Level 3 weapons upgrade in Prosperity). This bow has a sight for 100 meter shots which makes this a lot easier (it accounts for the arrow drop on such a long distance). Go to the outpost "The Watering Hole". It's an open area with lots of enemies standing around. Get more than 100 meters away. Place a waypoint marker with the binoculars (requires Binoculars perk) to measure the distance. When it's over 100m shoot an enemy that stands still. You may want to get really close to your screen to see it properly, as the enemy will appear tiny in the distance.
