You will need to kill 2 enemies with one bullet for this trophy, to do so you'll need to head shot them both.

The easiest way to do this is on the 2nd mission "Second Chance" when learning how to kill stealth kill
for the first time, instead of stealth killing the 2 enemies you go from the corner and head shot them both.
