Kill 20 enemies with the Cerebral Bore in a single player game.
You can get the Cerebral Bore on level 4, this weapon can lock on to most "Intelligent" enemies and fire a homing projectile that will bore into the enemies' skull then explode killing them in one shot. This weapon usually doesn't miss as long as you hover over your enemies.
