Complete the time trial mode in under 2:45.
Try strafe run as you are quicker when doing so, try not to miss the enemies on the ledges one or two shots is ok. Take some time with the log it won't hurt to stop once. RUN the water section do NOT swim it, simply look upwards to not fall in. The cave is: left, right, right, straight, left, left, right, right, left use your map to help.
Achievement is worth 75 gamerscore.
