Knife kill 50 creatures in the Story Mode campaign.
The easiest way to get this is achievement is to load the chapter "Bad Blood", when you reach the broken helicopter there will be 10-15 small dinosaurs around you. Kill 6 or 7 of them then make sure you save, then reload the checkpoint. Rinse and repeat.
Achievement is worth 25 Gamerscore.
