Defeat Hadern in the tutorial.

After you gain consciousness you are started in the tutorial area, after learning how to harden and use your sword you are met with "Hadern". He is incredibly strong and has a lot of health, the best way to defeat him is to wait till you have your harden ability filled. Then use a strong attack and then mid jump use the harden ability, he will attack you and you take no damage. Rinse and repeat.
