Go into exhibition mode, pick the HOME team, Dodgers, and 3 innings. When you enter the game pause it. You can choose to turn up "Human" batting sliders to the right such as contact and power and some other stats. Make certain that both teams are tied (0-0 for instance). When it's your turn to bat in the bottom of the 3rd, slam it home.

You can also do this in play a friend if that is easier for you, either way works but it's probably quicker to do it on your own.
