How to unlock all achievements for Game Center games
Requirements:
Jailbroken iDevice
search Overachiever (it will be from the BigBoss repo), and install the package.
Once this is installed, you have to go into the settings app, scroll down and hit Overachiever. then turn the games that you want the achievements for to "ON"
go into the applications that you selected "ON" for, wait for it to log you into gamecenter and there you go, it will automatically unlock all the achievements.
NOTE: you dont have to wait till they are done popping up to close out of the app
