In Chapter 9: Ice Caverns, you will encounter the first Manticore at the end of the chapter. Manticores are large, purple, flying enemies. Attack the Manticore until a red finisher icon appears. Then, press R1 to start the mini-game, and quickly press Square or Triangle. The Manticore will attack you during the mini-game. You must evade with the Left Analog-stick and keep attacking until it is dead to get the "Hot Lunch" trophy.
