If you want to get free apps on your iDevice without jailbreaking, use this tutorial

So Here We Go

Step 2: After Downloading It, Install The Program And Then Open It.
Step 3: Connect Your iPhone/iPod/iPad and Then Download Any App That You Want.
And You're Done. Once the Apps Are Done Downloading, you Can Start Using Them On Your Device.
