Yes i know this is a simple tutorial but some people may not know how to use this.
Ok i'll make this simple as possible

Well first things first you can't move a picture if it isn't unlocked. to tell it should have a lock on the same line as the layer in the bottom right section i call the layer section. To unlock just double click and rename it to anything you want.

1. Ok so first select the image by first clicking on it in the bottom right section i call the layer section. now it should highlight it slightly in blue.

2. Now go to the left side and go to the very top of the tool bar and click on the mouse with arrows going into 4 directions below it.

3. now with that selected you can no freely move your image in the workspace.

Well you certainly did make it simple mate, couldn't of done a better job if I'm being honest. The move tool is a big part of Photoshop so a lot of people will find this helpful.
