1) Make a folder on desktop [Server]
2) Go to bukkit.org and download craftbukkit.jar
3) go to 'Get craftbukkit'
4) click mac/windows
5) Next copy the text in the box given [mac]
6) open text edit and 'Format, Make plain text'
7) paste the text
8) Save as start.command on desktop
9) open terminal and type 'chmod a+x '
9.1) Make sure you put a {Space} at the end
10) Drag the start.command and press {enter}
11) place start.command in the server folder from step 1
12) start the start.command
13) open server.preferences and open portmap
14) Press the plus button on portmap and add a port
Examples:
25565 (default)
25570
25569
15) Whatever port you add, then type that in the server port=
15.1) Where it says server ip= LEAVE BLANK**

16) Save the file and the run the start.command
17) open minecraft and add the server ip
Your ip will be at the top of portmap and then the port after

34.4345.443:25565
