Defeat an enemy by destroying the object they stand on.
This object the trophy description is referring to, is those verandas you see on the side of buildings. Occasionally when roaming the streets of New Marais, you'll see enemies shooting at you on top of them. To earn this trophy, simply destroy a veranda when an enemy's on it.
You can get this, and most likely will, within a few minutes of entering New Marais. Youll be tasked in locating Dr. Wolfe, and Kuo will lead you down the streets of the city. Soon after, youll be told to take out some militants before you can move further on. Grenade the platforms or spam lightning that's holding up the militants, and it should collapse and break apart. Your trophy will unlock shortly after.
