Collect all of the Gorgon Eyes
The description for this trophy is misleading. All you have to do is max out your health bar by collecting Gorgon Eyes. 12 Gorgon Eyes is all that is required for you to max out your health bar. Once you have collected 12 Gorgon Eyes (in one playthrough; they don't stack over mulitple playthroughs), you will receive the trophy.
