The twins are located at the Pinai Ferry Station (you will reach it after travelling through the tunnels). The first twin is on the beach, which you will come across as you travel towards the ferry station. He will come running at you as soon as you step on the beach. The second twin is slightly harder to find. From the beach head towards the ferry station, you will see a pickup truck on top of a sign about halfway towards the station. All you have to do is climb the ladder behind the sign, the other two twins will burst out of the workshop below after climbing the ladder.
