There are 122 audio diaries that are scattered throughout Rapture. This site has maps and the locations of all 122 audio diaries:

Please note that the two audio diaries in Welcome to Rapture CANNOT be gone back to. If you miss those two, you cant get this trophy.
There are three missable ones in Rapture Central Control. One is on a desk to the left of the entrance in a room with a lot of pictures and words on the walls (thanks to Cauchy-Schawrz for the reminder). There are also two audio diaries in the Rapture Core where you go golfing with Andrew Ryan. If you miss these three, you CANNOT go back for them.
