As an Engineer, you will need to repair broken shortcuts and other things of that nature. You will first earn this trophy during day four if you play the Security campaign first. Once have gotten past your first 2 objectives there will be a Secondary mission for the engineer to repair a shortcut for the team. Just use the wheel to find it. You will be asked to do it by one of the team, if they don't do it first, but if you happen to get there and start on it before your teammate completes the task, you will still get the trophy.

Alternative Method: Resistance Playthrough.
You can achieve this trophy with an Operative as well. You can achieve this right at the beginning of the Resistance mission "Day 6: Black Box" your optional objective is to "Hack the Shop Door" which is to the right of your spawn, hack this and the trophy is all yours
