Score a combo higher than 40 before they lock the elevators
After you get out of the sewers, you will arrive at the lobby. It is right here you will have to get a combo higher than 40, which is actually quite easy, however if this trophy is giving you trouble, I recommend you save this for later, and try going for it as soon as you have purchased the Sai, as they build up a combo pretty fast and the damage rate is very low.
