The player has purchased every slot in one of the Plasmid or Tonic tracks

There are four tracks, plasmids, engineering tonics, combat tonics, and physical tonics. Each track has six slots that you can fill up. Two are available right away, but you have to purchase the others at a Gatherers Garden. Maxing out one of the four tracks gets you this trophy.
