You will eventually arrive at the Toxic River. To get this trophy, you have to cross the river without touching the water. It is much easy to show a video about how you do, mostly because it is kind of tricky, but if you got the hang of it, it is quite easy. Just be sure to be patient and not take any unnecessary chances.

Or you can try this tip:
You don't have to use the bubbles to get across; when you run left before jumping on the first one, you can simply run around the whole room and cross the river. Made it a lot easier for me as I found the controls to act up a few times when trying to jump on the bubbles.

And secondly, if you do touch the water, don't reload checkpoint, it won't work. Instead, quit to the XMB, start up the game again and hit continue. That way you can pick up on your last checkpoint again and the trophy still unlocks.
