Description:Shoot everything from the Wheel of Insanity (Balloons and the Cow)
Level:Bronze
After you and Cable clean the Tower Plaza, he will ask you to wait for him. Of course you will not do that, so instead you're moving towards your goal; eventually you will get to a wheel of fortune, you only have to shoot all the balloons on top of it. Once it is done, progress to the next one, shoot the balloons on top of it, then shoot the cow floating around you.
