To get this trophy you have to block an opponent's free kick after moving your wall forward.

When an opponent gets a free kick, you have to press to move the wall forward. The referee may or may not notice your "wall creep". If he notices, then one of your defender's will get a yellow card and you won't be able to get this trophy on this free kick, if he doesn't notice then all you have to do is hope that the opponent will shoot the ball into your wall. (In Game Settings => Rules before the match you can switch "Bookings" off if you want but it's not necessary)

1 - Controller Method: Keep slide tackling the opponent attackers outside your penalty area to force free kicks. Then try to block the free kick using the method described above.

2 - Controllers Method: Player 1 slide tackles player 2 outside player 1's penalty area. Player 1 moves his/her wall forward and player 2 makes sure to hit the wall of player 1.
