To get this trophy you have to chip the keeper and score.

To chip the keeper you have to press while holding down , and aim for the goal. The easiest way to get this is when you are on a breakaway because the keeper usually rushes out to meet you once you are near the penalty area.

You can also play against a friend and when you are on a breakaway he can hold down the button to make his keeper rush you, at which point all you have to do is to chip the goal over the keeper's head and score.
