The children's reading room has a story to tell, but it will take more than your eyes to see it.

After dealing with the Paper Constructs in the 'Public Library' mission you will see a cutscene of Winston finding out more about The Collector. After this you will arrive to the juvenile section. In this part of the library you have to check out three objects with your PKE Meter. Press triangle to wear your Ecto Goggles. You don't need to scan them and you can go to each object in whatever order you want.
