Keep your ears open to learn everything you can about the Civil War.
After the Egyptian exhibit in the 'History Museum' mission, you will arrive to the Civil War exhibit. Here you will find four loudspeakers that you can interact with by pressing the X button. Checking out all four loudspeakers is required for the trophy but you don't have to listen to them. Simply activating all four is enough. Going to the other side of the exhibit where the other Ghostbusters wait will trigger the next section so avoid that until you get the trophy.
