Kill 20 mutants via the mutant execution technique. (Campaign Mode)
Against mutant enemies, when you do enough damage to them (without overkilling them via Rampage or Killer Weapons), they will drop to the ground with a green circle around their bodies . If you go up to them and hit circle, you'll enter an animation where you execute them. There are quite a few free missions that pit you against multiple mutant enemies (such as White Side 4-2x where you fight 9), so you should be able to get this in your first playthrough, if not early into the second.
