Throw 10 enemies from behind using stealth. (Campaign Mode)
The stealth item is denoted by a little blue person with their arms up. When you activate it, you'll turn invisible for a short time. During this time, enemies will lose sight of you and wander around aimlessly, so run up behind them (they won't see you even if you hit them by accident!) and throw them with circle. One stealth item is only enough for about 6-7 throws at most, so you'll need to do get a couple of theses for the trophy.
