Near the beginning of Chapter 2 (after getting the Big Brother trophy), while walking to Joe's apartment you'll pass a man and woman fighting over a broken down car. From your starting point they'll be across the street in an alley next to the wooden fence. As you approach you'll hear them arguing. When they finish, the husband will leave. Fix the car to receive the trophy.
