Footrace With Koopa The Quick Walkthrough

1) First you must follow the path and turn off of it before you reach Chain Chomp into the meadows.

2) Go to the area on the map where you see a red cap, kill the goomba and walk into the cap. You will turn into Mario.

3) Run to the beginning of the level where you spawn and speaking to Koopa The Quick.

4) Accept his race and begin running towards to summit of the mountain straight away.

5) Follow the path along until you get to the hole where the balls are rolling out of. (Do not follow Koopa, he takes a route you cannot).

6) Stand in the hole and you will be teleported nearly to the top of the mountain.

7) Run to the summit and jump on the pole there.

8) Wait for Koopa to reach the summit and speak to him, he will award you a power star.
