First, verify that your Xbox One console is plugged into a functioning power outlet. If the console does not turn on, check the light on your Power Supply Unit.

Check your power cables

Your power supply cables might not be plugged in completely.

Unplug the cords from the back of your console, from the Power Supply Unit, and from the wall outlet.
