Installing Yes Man in the Lucky 38 This gives new meaning to "change in management." I tell the Yes Man about what I did, and he happily lets me escort him to the Lucky 38, so I can install him in place of the late Mr. House. (I killed him). After he uploads, I level up again from the experience for completing the "Wild Card: Change in Management" quest, then I decide to leave Lucky 38 for a while. I show the locations of several interesting items in Lucky 38, and I also show how to use the downloadable mod called "Bottle that Water" by LFox. At Goodsprings Source, I use sneak and press E at one of the springs, and it refills all empty and dirty bottles with purified water!
