Go to the middle of the maze, which is in the back of the house with all the witches, and blow up the fountain. You can use grenades (4), Raygun(1), Warmachine. Anything that is explosive.You blow up the fountain, and if you see a yellow spiral spinning in it, jump in it and you will get the achievement. If you don't see it, don't jump it or you will die.
