We reported recently that Portal was making it's way to the Nvidia Shield via Google Play and today it appears that Half Life 2 is following suit. Half Life 2 is now available for $10 USD via Google Play as a 100% local title versus being streamed from a PC.

My buddy had one of these and he did not like it at all. Too big, very laggy, and obnoxious according to him. I personally thought it was a pretty cool idea and all, but it should have been smaller.

Hmm.. The NVIDIA SHIELD looks a lot better than i thought it would be... It's also pretty awesome to see it playing 2 of my favorite PC games
