Robo-Fortune began as a joke started by Ms. Fortune's voice-actor, and became a full character as part of Lab Zero's wildly-successful IndieGogo campaign. Originally intended to be a remix character that reused existing frames, she was massively upgraded with a complete redesign, all new normals, specials and supers.
