ok i guess why not ask here since everyone i ask dosent know.
also i live in upstate N.Y
im 16 got my permit around 5 months ago, and get my full (juniors license) license in August. and for a while i was driving alone. i drive great (everyone says) never crashed or anything stupid like that, but to get to the point. i drove to school yesterday for a final and as i was leaving a cop was parked across the street watching me. when i leave (did nothing wrong at al) i get pulled over, idk why he didnt tell me. he asks wheres my license and that he was just checking on me, i tell him how i only have my permit and he says its "ok, can you call your mom to come get you" he needed someone with a full license beacause he couldnt let me drive alone obviously. so he talk to my mom on the phone and says he gunna take her word that i am going to wait for her to come and not to drive. so i did everything he said and waited. but now i have to go to court in a few weeks, and i dont know what to expect he made it seem like it was a warning and not a big deal. am i gunna get my license suspended, or what? just thought i ask even know most people on here are like 10 lol, but i know there are some older people.
