Here you just have to pay 100$ and get a 6 month suspension

You were driving alone with an instructional permit, that is illegal. You need to have a parent/guardian in the car when you are driving with your instructional. You also need 30 hours of driving time logged and 6 drive times with a professional instructor. Then you take your test at the DMV to get your Probationary license. You need to be at least 16 with a Probationary license (Full license where you can have only one person in the car, [Wisconsin rule]) to drive by yourself. Your full license is once you have your probationary license for 6 months.

So here is the dealio kid...

If you want to be a bada$$ do the following:

Go to your court date like scheduled and make sure you did ABSOLUTYLEY NOTHING WRONG! and in that case you can actually counter that because he had no reason to pull you over. A cop should always tell you why they pulled you over or if they didnt they wouldnt be suspicious of you.

(Thats what i would do in your case)


But secondly if you were being retarded lol, and got pulled over without a license you could get a ticket for driving without a license and not get your license up to 2 more years or till your 18.

No, your looking at not getting it till your 18. Possibly worse, ex. Not getting your license for several years after that.

i think your gonna get your license suspended. they would suspend it here in texas if you did that.
