Skruffy wrote Hacker group LulzSec has reportedly released a file containing Xbox LIVE user information along with details from PayPal, Twitter and Facebook.

The amount of information released has yet to be verified, but there seems to be no theme behind those gamers whose information has been stolen. Everyone from casual to hardcore gamers could possibly have had their details compromised.

The group uploaded a file containing usersnames and password last night. It is noted that the file has since been removed, although LulzSec have reported that the file has recieved a fair few hits before its removal.

As with most of LulzSec activity it was first reported via it's Twitter page where they said they were going to target Facebook and Social Networking accounts.

Currently Microsoft have said nothing about the possible breach, stay tuned and we'll update you as soon as we know more.

Whoa he hacked a few xbox accounts at least he didnt hack every single account that has ever been made like ps3 also Xboxs online isnt down. so this doesnt affect barely anyone with a jailbroken ps3 you can get into thier data base and steal as many Psn accounts you want
