well this happend with my brother pc all the time the problem was something with his cooling system

He said blue screen. So its crashing. most likely a virus. Or its a memory problem. As this guy said if you go in in safe mode and restore it should fix the problem.

omg its a virus carnt remember wats its called summit like shutdown i had it :@ like 5 months ago lol every computer in the school had it lol its quite bad just letting u no i never fixed i just got a new laptop good luck mate

Turn on your comp, as its booting up tap f8.
You will be brought to a menu, there will be an option in the middle called: System restore or something like that choose it,
You will be prompted to bring your files over choose no.
Then you will see a restore menu that lets you restore to an earlier date choose one before this happened and you should be good to go.

UMM i think its a update you should take about $100 and go to your local PC shop and have it looked at

When computer is starting up keep pressing f8 then it will come to a screen press enter on safe mode then restore your comp
