I fixed mine by throwing it at the wall repeatedly, until i could seen inside of it. So i bought a new one, with the camera thats how i fixed mine.

its your computer. I had the same thing on my computer couldnt get it to work then I tried on my other computer and at my schools computer and it worked fine.
