Restore it. it may be a manufacturing defect. mine was. i brought it into the apple store and they replaced it even though it was out of warrenty

Try changing your sinc settings to manual or something i dont really know but try it.

I had this problem, u need to re install the itunes and re-upgrade your iphone.

If your iPhone is jailbroken you have to have a lower itunes versions.I think you have to have below itunes 7.

ok listen to me i know whats up with it , download a new itunes , and manually reset your iphone in the settings. reset to factory settings so it can restore or connect , had the same problem! lol , gold would be nice IF i helped you at all
