in command prompt if that doesn't work then try

ipconfig /new

or you can just do

ipconfig >> find his ip among the ip's and give it to me

go to your router config 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.2.1
then find the ip settings option aand change it to dynamic restart it done it should be changed

Sorry but there is NO way at all you can change your IP address, your IP is set to the location where you live the only way to change it is to move house.. each house has their own IP address.. hope this helped

Call your internet provider, ask for an ip change, if they ask why say, "someone keeps booting me offline and they have my ip"
Ip hacking is serious that means they have access to where you live :O
